1st Week in History (Genre)

This week we watched a documentary on disability activism, which was engaging and definitely a way in which I like to learn things (especially when told in a narrative format and not like a nature documentary, where things just happen). However, having to watch a whole movie made coming up with a discussion question and relating the "reading" to my topic difficult.
Coming up with a discussion question about the movement seemed off-topic, as I think the purpose of the film was to show how historical information can be delivered. But not knowing what I was supposed to pick-up on, made deciphering and formulating into a question the "how it does this," or "work" of it, difficult. Thus, I hoped I accomplished this goal as best I could with the question I did post.
However, with this week's material being a film, it's difficult to relate to my topic because, as far as I know, there is no film that covers (an aspect of) my movement, and I have no intention of making a video (or an equivalent medium) since I don't have those skills. Thus, I am mostly likely just going to default to the timeline.
In terms of possible timeline content, if what I came across in my research thus far tells me anything, it is probably going to be closely tied to people and their achievements. The article I posted Wednesday listed several women of note and their accomplishments. For example, Roberta Williams being the first, with her husband, to make a graphical adventure game (not text-based) and co-founding Sierra. In listing their accomplishments, only years were given so either I'll have to go into depth for the date particulars or my timeline might mostly deal in years.
Some other articles that I grabbed in researching that I might reference/use later:
