If Miller, Devitt, and Gallagher define genre as interdisciplinary, that is focusing on the various domains that intersect in writing, Twitter user Mohamad Safa seems to have a decent understanding of the various groups and ideologies that converge in this late-stage-capitalist hellscape we live in. He talks as much about the abuse of the working class by the government, and by extension the corporations that influence the government, as he does religious and cultural issues like the misuse of religious holidays for consumption. He introduces gender, race, etc. to the mix when talking about cultural norms like holding doors open. Even though this does not directly relate to his MO, it indicates his ability to consider various intersections in his writing.
Little Green Tips on the other hand embodies multimodality, using pictures, GIFs, and hashtags to make her point about simple living. She uses pictures of finished recipes, her cooking, her gardens, and even her cooking utensils to show how to maintain the things in our lives without buying disposable objects.
