The three sources that I have selected are groups based in forwarding Black Feminism, and promote activism online as well as in-person communities.
^^The Black Feminist Project is an organization that is based in the Bronx, New York. And they tend to have events in the local areal while engaging online mainly via Twitter and Instagram, and Facebook about topics that are related to their mission while actively forwarding their own causes and events. They host local events that seemed to be purposed in cultivating a sense of community for black womxn.
In their own words their project is meant to enrich the lives of "Black womxn, girls and non-men, often referred to as marginalized genders or MaGes and the children they care for - with an emphasis on mother-led families."
^^The Black Feminist Future Group
The Black Feminist Future organization is focused on - Nourishing and Develop Black Feminist Leaders - Disrupting the culture of misogynoir and advance Black feminisms - Shifting the material conditions for Black women, girls, and gender expansive people in the - US and the across the diaspora And they do all of this through thought leadership, organizing their members for events and initiatives all while promoting these values in their online communities.
In their own words, the Black Feminist Future Group "envisions a world where all Black women, girls, and gender-expansive folks are: safe, joyful, cared for, powerful, self-determining, and thriving. We envision a world where freedom is our birthright and we are in abundant, nurturing, and interdependent relationships with our communities and the earth
^^ And of course the Black Women Radicals, last but not least this group is consistently concerned with educating their audience about the contributions of black feminist historically. at least on their socials. They also are engaged in thought leadership by hosting talks with fellow feminist which in turn encourages the pulse of black feminism. The Black Women Radicals also organizes and host events that coincide with their vision and values for a progressive future for black feminist.
In their own words, Black Women Radicals is a"Black feminist advocacy organization dedicated to uplifting and centering Black women and gender expansive people’s radical political activism. Rooted in intersectional and transnational Black feminisms and Womanisms, we are committed to empowering Black transgender, queer, and cisgender radical women and gender expansive activists by centering their political, intellectual, and cultural contributions to the field of Black Politics across time, space, and place in Africa and the African Diaspora.
