In terms of specific resources for news about the Me Too Movement, they were quite difficult to find. The Me Too Movement covers such a broad topic (sexual assault) that any recorded instance of sexual assault can be associated with it. There are, however, official websites dedicated to the movement that provide resources for sexual assault survivors.
Me Too Movement Website - https://metoomvmt.org/
This website is the official website of the movement, hosting events for the movement, accepting donations for the movement, and even providing SA survivors with a self-guided digital healing platform on their website. It offers various resources to sexual assault survivors and reassures them that they are not alone, that someone is there for them and that action is being taken to speak out about sexual misconduct.
Time's Up Website - https://timesupnow.org/
This website is for a non-profit organization that raises money in order to support victims of sexual harassment. Their website shows what they do, how they came to be, and what kind of change they are fighting for, as well as providing resources for survivors and information for workers to protect themselves against sexual harassment.
National Sexual Assault Telephone Hotline - https://www.rainn.org/about-national-sexual-assault-telephone-hotline
This can be found on the website of the RAINN organization, also known as the Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network. This webpage provides survivors with a number they can call, explains how the hotline can help them, how the hotline works, how it was created, and states that it is indeed a confidential service.
